I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with certifications in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and as an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP). I own a private practice where I welcome individuals of all backgrounds and ages. As an active Catholic in good standing, I enjoy working with clients who are seeking counseling grounded in the Catholic faith. However, I welcome people of all religious or nonreligious backgrounds. I am a passionate mother to humans, dogs, and cats.
I have experience helping clients navigate trauma, suicidal thoughts, schizophrenia, depression, anxiety, ADHD, autism, grief and loss, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, relationship and couples concerns, and life transitions such as divorce, moving, aging, and other significant changes. I feel called to walk alongside caregivers, nurses, doctors, police officers, military personnel, and firefighters, helping them navigate and heal from the trauma they encounter on the job.
My approach to therapy is rooted in Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). In simple terms, I meet you where you are. You help guide the direction of therapy while I provide evidence-based tools, skills, encouragement, and support tailored to your goals.
For clients who desire it, I enjoy integrating Catholic teachings and resources into the therapeutic process to support both spiritual and emotional growth. I am a fellow sinner striving to grow in holiness each day, and I pray that God uses my passion for therapy to serve the Catholic community in a way that glorifies Him and brings hope and healing to those I have the privilege to meet.
